Areas and roles
Gruppo Campari is committed to hire international and local profiles at the Group level and across our five regions of operations.
We offer opportunities all year round, both at the local and Group level in the following areas:
Marketing
Marketing aims to develop and implement the marketing strategies
and capabilities to build brand equity while maximising sales and
profitability. It is a leader and a facilitator of the innovation
process from opportunity identification all the way down to
execution. The function has a number of roles both regional and
group level, ranging from Marketing Director to Brand Manager
working on International, regional and local brands.
Sales
The Sales function is driven at the local level. To achieve our
growing profit targets and to manage our brand portfolio, we need
to deliver and execute through operational excellence on both
national and regional levels.
Product Supply Chain
The PSC function is a broad function encompassing Manufacturing,
Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Research & Development. It
co-ordinates, optimises and sets the standards to ensure
best-in-class levels of quality while minimising the cost aspect.
We have both global and local roles across the group at all levels
of the organisation.
Finance
The Finance functions mission is to maximise the financial
performance while improving A&P investments. It is in charge of
maximising the fund raising options at the lowest possible cost,
minimising risks. The function covers a wide range of roles from
planning and reporting to business controlling along with more
specialised functions such as Accounting, Treasury and Investor
Relations.
Communication
Communication develops and implements strategies and capabilities
to maximise our brands visibility and effectiveness. It
communicates our values, informs and engages our stakeholders and
helps to build the companys identity. We do have both
corporate and local roles in PR and media relations and in brand
communications.
Information Management
Information Management provides innovative, cost effective and
efficient infrastructures, services and systems ensuring business
continuity and data security. We do have numerous roles both at
Business Unit and corporate levels related to infrastructures and
telecommunication, Information systems and services.
Legal & Business Development
The function defines policies and structures and introduces
best practice to add value to the business while ensuring
compliance with rules and regulations. It is also actively involved
in the numerous external growth projects and acquisitions. We do
have corporate business development roles as well as local ones
which support specific countries and/or regions.
Human Resources
The function develops and implements the strategies and
capabilities for staffing, rewarding and engaging people according
to business needs and company values. It offers opportunities at
both group and local level.
